Group Coaching
Sometimes you just need to know you're not the only one!
Group coaching gives you the chance to connect with other business owners, and learn from each others experiences, as well as learning from your coach.
We spend time sharing what's working right now, as well as what's challenging. We'll then spend some time looking at a particular topic that will help you with your business.
We then put someone in the 'Hot Seat' - we take someone who wants to share a challenge with the group, and we dig deep into it, using the collective mind to help them move forward and find a solution.
We then ask you to make a commitment - what are you going to do before the next session? And we'll check back next month to keep you accountable!

This is a great middle ground if you need support but you're not ready for 1-2-1 coaching.
You need to commit to the whole programme, which is 6 monthly sessions.
Each session is £99 plus VAT, or you can pay for all 6 sessions up front for just £500 plus VAT.
This also includes access to 2 of the 90 Day Planning sessions that are run during the 6 months of your coaching.
Who?
For small business owners who need some help and accountability, but are not ready for 1-2-1 coaching yet.
What?
Spend 2 hours with a small group of like-minded business owners, focussing on a topic to help move your business forward, and getting input from the group on your challenges.
When?
Sessions run monthly for 6 months.
Each session will be 10am till noon or 2pm till 4pm.
Where?
Sessions are currently running in Wetherby and York.
